1. Acceptance of terms
By creating a Kidoo account, you agree to these Terms of Service. Kidoo is intended for use by parents and guardians aged 18 or older on behalf of their children.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it, including any child profiles you create.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Kidoo, including attempting to bypass channel restrictions, interfering with the service, or using it to store or transmit unlawful content.
4. Child profiles
Child profiles are managed entirely by the parent account. Kidoo does not independently verify the content of channels you approve — you remain responsible for reviewing what you whitelist.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your Profile page. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We'll notify you of material changes to these terms by email or in-app notice before they take effect.
